I have been involved in multiple projects and activities with the Impact Initiative over the last few years. I have thoroughly enjoyed our work together. The Impact Initiative team brings a wonderful and rare combination of skills which bridge the research and community services worlds. They have very sophisticated and broad technical research expertise, along with deep and practical insights into the world of community services, and the systematic and pragmatic challenges they grapple with.

Bengianni [Director of Research and Evaluation] worked with me in a previous role on a very complex and demanding project. Even though he was an external consultant he quickly became an embedded and core member of our team. His advanced technical proficiency, deep subject matter expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile on tight deadlines, made him a true asset. Their post survey report delivers not only insightful observations, but also cohort and longitudinal trends as well as actionable recommendations. The Impact Initiative's work adds value to our understanding of family service programs, their suitability and sustainability, and supports research based decision making. Researchers from the Impact Initiative furthermore leave a legacy in any organisation by helping to establish appropriate recording mechanisms/processes that encourage further evaluations that will continue to shape our delivery of family service programs to meet the needs of families.
